GeoKara Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of geokara.com and the GeoKara application (the "Service"), operated by Zargham Labs LLC ("GeoKara," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This is a working template written for GeoKara's actual business model. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer — have it reviewed, and fill in the governing-law jurisdiction below (marked [STATE]) with Zargham Labs LLC's actual state of formation, before relying on it commercially.

1. The Service

GeoKara connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) accounts (read-only) and to third-party AI services to produce a weekly plain-English report on your site's search performance and its visibility in AI-engine answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others we may add). The Service is intended for site owners managing their own site(s), not for agencies managing client accounts under a single login unless a plan explicitly permits it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Google account connection

By connecting a Google account, you represent that you have the right to grant GeoKara read-only access to that account's Search Console and GA4 properties. You can disconnect this access at any time, either inside GeoKara or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting will stop new reports from generating for that site.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly (or as otherwise stated) basis through Stripe.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time in a period.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features (report generation and AI-visibility tracking) until payment succeeds, while continuing free data collection where applicable.
  • We may change our prices with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to connect Google accounts or sites you don't have authorization to access.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access without our written consent.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service for other users.
  • Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond what the Service's own features provide.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. AI-generated content

Reports and recommendations are generated with the assistance of third-party AI models (including Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not fully reflect what an AI engine would say in a live conversation with a real user — engines change their answers over time and are not directly controlled by GeoKara. GeoKara does not guarantee any specific search ranking, AI citation outcome, or business result from using the Service.

7. Intellectual property

GeoKara and its logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Zargham Labs LLC. You retain all rights to your own site content and data. We don't claim ownership of the reports generated for your account, though we retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on Google APIs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google AI Studio, Stripe, and other third-party providers. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or errors originating from these third-party services, though we'll make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working around them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zargham Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or features of it) with reasonable notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
